Vermillion Design + Co. offers custom pricing and flexible payment plans.

From $150 on-demand event flyers to $20K+ compliance projects, we offer custom pricing reflecting your team bandwidth, regulatory complexity, systems, and portfolio size.

Before our intro call, gather these details to help us nail your scope and find the magic number.

    Deliverables: Average 4-6 weeks (small to mid-size), 6-8+ weeks (national), pending your team's availability and gaining internal systems access.

    • Small Firms (local business, single location) starting at $3,000

    • Mid-Size Firms (multi-location or regional portfolio) starting at $6,000

    • Large Firms (national brand or complex portfolio) starting at $9,000+ (custom scope)

    Payment Plans: A three-month payment plan is included. Example: $1,000 invoiced/due at contract signing, followed by $1,000 in month two and $1,000 in month three. Custom options may be arranged by request.

    Add-Ons (Optional): If your team can execute next steps, great! If not, we’ll step in to handle the work (See 1B).

  • Frequency: 1x or Monthly (Ongoing)

    This is the ongoing work to grow + sustain your AEO.

    If you lack the internal bandwidth for this emerging workload, we’ll step in as an extension of your team, bringing a fractional CMO/CXO mindset.

    Pricing: You’ll receive a custom price quote based on your AEO Solutions Setup (See 1A). Since we work with clients from startups to national brands, with needs ranging from one-time audits to ongoing specialized task work, we’ll need to review your unique scope before providing a custom quote.

    Payment Plans: For one-time projects, three-month payment plans are available.

    Minimum Commitment: 6 months

  • Focused work on website + social media management for impactful Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). This ‘essentials’ combo helps protect and strengthen your reputation while training AI search engines to include accurate, positive answers about your business.

    What You Get

    1. Posts shared each month to Instagram and Facebook (minimum 4, up to 12)

    2. Blog posts written and published on your website (average 500 words each) to support AEO/SEO efforts (2 minimum, up to 4 per month)

    3. Authentic, creative + informative content written in your brand voice, supported by a custom campaign graphics library

    4. A mix of content/post types: market trends, how-to articles, FAQs, local events, promotions, etc.

    5. An opportunity to share positive comments + testimonials (that could be used in other outreach collateral)

    6. A “cut-the-fluff, top need-to-knows” update via a monthly video/phone call

    Pricing: Starting at $1,000/month (includes 4 posts + 2 blogs) up to $2,500/month (includes 12 posts + 4 blogs)

    Add-On (Optional): Monthly PR Program starting at $1,000/mo flat rate.

    Pricing: $75-120/hour. Sliding scale, based on project scope/industry/company size. Monthly retainer + repeat business discounts available.

    Average Pricing: 1st property: $2,600
    Each additional property (same CRM ecosystem): $1,000

    Payment Plans:

    • Up to 5 properties: A two-month payment plan is included.

    • 6-15 properties: A three-month payment plan is included.

    • 15+ properties: A six-month or custom payment plan is included.

  • Multifamily Operators + Property Managers

    AI-staged services advertise quick results starting at around $50 per image, but the quality difference can be painful! We design thoughtful interior layouts with renter lifestyles in mind, including pet-friendly and work-from-home spaces.

    Pricing: $150/image

    Discounts: 20% off bundle discount available for 6 or more images within the same interior photo shoot.

Do you offer discounts or bundle packages?

Bundles are available for select monthly service contracts including AEO services and virtual staging. Minimum 6-month commitment required. Total pricing and bundle discount based on project scope/industry and company size.

After 12 months of service, clients may qualify for a Vigilant Discount (10% off) if they’ve shown proactive content calendar planning and had no more than two months without Avoidable Fees. Think of it like a Good Driver Discount in auto insurance. ◡̈

Any extra fees or hidden costs to consider?

Legal Review Costs

Additional legal fees may apply to your HR document and policies manual design projects, as well as to transparent pricing projects. For HR + policy materials, Vermillion Design + Co. handles the design, formatting, interpage hyperlinking, and final document preparation (web/digital + print) after your legal team has signed off. For pricing transparency projects, we'll audit/update all applicable touchpoints in your customer experience (CX) design. If needed, we can guide your prep work before you engage legal counsel, or act as your internal point of contact with your legal team to support cost efficiency.

Printing + Delivery Fees

For small or large-scale print collateral and wayfinding signage projects, additional production and printing/shipping fees may apply. Vermillion Design + Co. provides transparent estimates and transaction receipts in real time. No purchases are made without your approval or PO number. Payment is usually made via your company-issued card or account. In some cases, invoicing for reimbursement may be offered.

What fees are avoidable?

A 20% Variance Fee may apply if changes to a pre-approved monthly content calendar exceed three rounds.

A $120 Vital Fee applies per content change requested with less than 24 hours’ notice.
